A traditional family piece and is usually placed at the head or foot of the casket that accents the blanket itself and expresses Love that only comes from the heart.  This particular open heart is made with white mums, white carnations and mini carnations with red roses which expresses the sentiments of Love. Colors can be substituted depending on decor.
